Other Uses
L. Salivarius and/or Inner Garden Flora can be beneficial in many ways. Here are a few ideas:
- Mouthwash - open a capsule in warm water, swish for 30 seconds and swallow. Leaves a clean, pleasant taste, reduces bad breath. May reduce bacteria associated with tooth decay.
