With the introduction of R-Garden's Essences we are no longer dealing with products whose main effect is on the physical body. These essences do have an effect on the physical body, but they also work on the attitudes, the emotions, the mind and other parts of our conscious and subconscious minds. Gratitude Essence contains four flower essences, Sacred Basil, Bee Balm, Choke Cherry and Elephant's Head; three gem elixirs, Azurite, Green Jasper and Star Sapphire; one inert gas elixir, Neon; and two stars elixirs, Helios and M33. We have found it most effective to take this formula on a regular basis. For as Cicero said, Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others. Essences are best taken away from food, three or four drops, three or more times a day. The following is a brief discussion of the results that may occur from taking the Gratitude Essence: There are many belief patterns that will likely surface for individuals; sometimes these will seem completely unrelated to the idea of gratitude or shifting ones attitude or seeing things in a new light. While one is utilizing this combination, however, these will pop up. Pay close attention to these belief patterns, play with them a bit, learn the emotions behind them, then ask that crucial question: How might this be limiting my ability to discover gratitude? Where does gratitude fit in my understanding and utilization of these belief patterns? How might they in some way affect how I know gratitude or find it in life? Secondly, make this an essence that assists in ones own day to day activities, that is, finding gratitude as part of everyday life: as in working with others, talking on the phone, interacting at the store, as if looking in oneself to discover all of the shields, various components of wall or separation that one normally allows in day to day interaction. Question this carefully. Is it possible to release some of these? Is it possible that gratitude is hidden out of fear or other energies? Sometimes this can be a powerful journey to the self where an awakening takes place that releases a variety of emotions. Although it is certainly helpful to utilize various other specific essences, elixirs, vibrational remedies when this is occurring, what is more important is that the emotions are acknowledged, that you are honoring yourself for having them. Thus you are incorporating the sense of gratitude, even when what shows up is difficult, as in various emotions that might be distracting or would seem to produce uncomfortable sensation, etc. Gratitude does require some attunement and connection to conscious awareness for it to come fully into place in the world. Besides it simply being a sensation or a feeling, it must also be that which is somehow anchored or used. This is easier for most people, and some people will actually confuse this important part of gratitude with its origin. Gratitude really originates in the being level with the understanding of existence itself, and makes its way into the doing level by means of people's activating and working with it. In this way one can better attune to the being level; that will be the primary use of this combination. As the higher vibrational aspect becomes clearer to individuals, they may find that there is a humorous part, an amusing or interesting part, a way to observe gratitude in others.
